Quality Marquees and Tents Warranty / Returns

Our marquees and camping products are covered by a range of warranty lengths for up to six years.   Three and six year marquee warranties are for manufacturer faults within the frame only and do not cover misuse or  normal wear and tear.  Commercial marquee frames are covered by a six year warranty and light commercial marquee frames are covered by a three year warranty; all other marquee parts such as (but not limited to) canopies, printing, fittings, ring pulls, nuts and bolts are covered by a one year warranty.  Our warranties cover normal private and commercial use; the hiring of our marquees are not covered under our warranty. A stipulation of the canopy warranty is that the canopy is removed from the frame before the frame is folded up; this ensures 'pinching' and / or stitching damage is not caused through this process.

Tents are covered by up to a three year warranty for manufacturer faults only and do not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.  Tears / cuts in the floor caused by erecting tent on unsuitable surfaces (eg on ground containing sharp rocks) are not covered in the warranty.  Zippers and zipper components including fabric attached to zipper is covered by a one year warranty.

Banners and banner related items are covered by a one year warranty for manufacturer faults only and do not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.

Should goods (in whole or part) need to be returned to us, the customer will bear the freight costs of returning the goods to us and will be responsible for costs associated with the delivery of goods back to the customer. It is at our sole discretion as to whether we require these goods (in whole or part) returned to us for warranty claim inspection.

For accepted warranty claims, we will either pay for the repair or replacement of the product in question at our sole discretion, whichever we deem appropriate.  The customer may be required to seek a minimum of two quotes for the repair at our request and at the customer's expense.  We may require proof of damage as is necessary, for example, photographs, in order to process a warranty claim.  Warranty claims will only be processed once we are satisfied we have the required evidence and / or documentation to support the claim.

Customers are responsible for arranging for all permits and approvals for their permanent shade shelters purchased from Quality Marquees and Tents Pty Ltd. Quality Marquees and Tents Pty Ltd provides documentation for the approval process to the customer, however it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the building and construction has been approved by the local Council and / or other relevant statutory bodies.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase and date of purchase as this will be required before any warranty claim is considered.
